Q: What is TeleVerus?
A:TeleVerus is the Telecommunications division of TraVerus. Traverus is a company based in Plano, Texas that has a 20+ year history of providing services in the travel industry.
Q: What services will TeleVerus offer?
A: TeleVerus has already announced its offering on Mobile VOIP phone service, Home VOIP phone service, and Video Phones. More products and services are pending and will be announced as they are finalized.
Q: What is VOIP?
A: VOIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol. Essentially , it refers to how the communication is done. In this case, with VOIP, your phone service is carried over the Internet.
Q: How does VOIP help me save money?
A: With VOIP service, there is only a low monthly fee. Unlimited domestic calls and many international calls to countries like Canada, Mexico, Australia, etc. Compare that with your typical home phone or mobile phone service where you are limited on minutes and if you go over, you pay through the nose.
Q: Will it work in my country (Australia, Canada, etc?)
A: Absolutely!! All that is required is that you have a VOIP capable phone and be in range of a Wi-Fi, WiMax, EDGE, or GPRS network. No computer or dedicated land line is needed. Many cities have built the infrastructure so that everyone can access a wi-fi signal from anywhere in the city.
Q: Will I be charged for every call or for going over my minutes?
A: Nope! You are simply charged a low monthly fee to access the service. As a subscriber to our service, you have no limits on minutes, data bandwidth, etc when using our service.
Q: What about my credit? Will I qualify with my credit score?
A: Your credit is YOUR business. We don’t require credit checks nor do we tie you up in 2 year contracts. Pay your monthly fee and enjoy the service. If, at any time, you decide that the service is not right for you, cancel without paying any cancellation fees. But, with the savings you will be receiving with the service…why would you cancel?
Q: This sounds great! How can I get the service?
A: There are two options available for you to take advantage of our services. The first is as a customer. As a customer, you will be able to choose the services to which you want to subscribe.
But the best option is as an associate with TraVerus/TeleVerus. As an associate, you can take advantage of all of our services PLUS introduce TeleVerus to your network and community. As you introduce this money saving option, enjoy a residual income/commission from the monthly bills of your customers.
